What this website is
This website is a referral service. Its purpose is to take enquiries from property owners, occupiers and managers across the Shoalhaven region and connect them with independent local tree contractors who can quote for and perform the work.
We do not perform tree work ourselves. All tree removal, lopping, pruning, stump grinding, palm work, hedge trimming, land clearing, mulching, green waste removal and emergency or storm tree work described on this website is carried out by independent third-party contractors. The Disclaimer sets this out in full.
Enquiries, quotes and contracts
Submitting an enquiry through this website, or calling (02) 4400 9336, does not create a contract for any work and does not guarantee that a contractor will be available, will attend, or will accept the job.
Any quote you receive is given by the contractor, not by us. Any agreement to carry out work — including scope, price, timing, payment terms, warranties and cancellation — is formed between you and that contractor directly. We are not a party to it.
Prices, timeframes and availability mentioned anywhere on this website are indicative only. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Information on this website is general only
The content on this website, including material about tree species, coastal conditions, storm behaviour, pruning practice and Shoalhaven City Council rules, is general information published in good faith. It is not professional arboricultural, engineering, insurance or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for an inspection of your specific tree by a qualified person.
Council controls, fees, exemptions and legislation change. Confirm the current position with Shoalhaven City Council on 1300 293 111 before relying on anything published here.
Your responsibilities
When you use this website, you agree that:

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not republish, reproduce, resell or systematically copy the content without our written permission.
